The fabric is lightweight and flowy.  The model in the picture is a little taller than the average girl but the romper does run short.  This romper is great with sandals.  The fabric is lightweight enough that it could also be used as a swimsuit cover-up.  The strapless area of the romper is very stretchy and the waist is shirring and stretchy as well.
